1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of RealtyOps Pro AI Inc., including Agents, Partners, Sellers, and visitors. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

2. General Conduct Standards

All Users must conduct themselves in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner when using the Platform. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for all Content you submit, including reviews, property information, service descriptions, and communications.

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for its intended purposes — managing real estate listings, booking and providing professional services, and collaborating through the marketplace;
  • Treat other Users with professionalism, courtesy, and respect;
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, and professional standards;
  • Provide accurate and truthful information at all times;
  • Promptly report any violations of this AUP to legal@realtyopspro.ai.

3. Prohibited Activities — Agents

Agents shall not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or materially incomplete property information;
  • Publish AI-generated content without first reviewing, editing, and verifying it for accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to MLS rules;
  • Publish any listing content (whether AI-generated or not) that violates fair housing laws, human rights legislation, advertising regulations, or MLS guidelines;
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse Partners or other Users;
  • Submit fraudulent, retaliatory, incentivized, or knowingly false reviews;
  • Misuse Partner contact information obtained through the Marketplace by harvesting, scraping, or systematically collecting Partner details for purposes outside the legitimate use of the Platform (such as building competing service directories, mass marketing, or unsolicited bulk outreach unrelated to a genuine Booking inquiry);
  • Share Seller Portal access links with unauthorized parties or use the Seller Portal for purposes other than sharing listing updates with the property seller;
  • Use the Platform to list or manage properties for which they do not have legal authority or a valid listing agreement;
  • Misrepresent their license status, brokerage affiliation, or professional qualifications;
  • Use AI Credits for purposes unrelated to legitimate real estate listing activities.

4. Prohibited Activities — Partners

Partners shall not:

  • List services they are not legally authorized, licensed, or insured to provide;
  • Deliver substandard, plagiarized, misrepresented, or AI-generated work without clear disclosure;
  • Upload harmful, illegal, inappropriate, or infringing content as Deliverables;
  • Engage in bait-and-switch pricing, deceptive descriptions, or hidden fees;
  • Use Agent contact information obtained through the Marketplace for purposes other than fulfilling a specific Booking or responding to a Booking inquiry, including harvesting Agent contacts for unsolicited bulk outreach or building external mailing lists;
  • Fail to honor their stated cancellation policies, pricing, or service commitments;
  • Discriminate against Agents or refuse service based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, familial status, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law;
  • Manipulate reviews through fake reviews, review trading, incentivized reviews, or retaliation against Agents who leave honest reviews;
  • Deliver Deliverables that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • Misrepresent their qualifications, experience, portfolio, or insurance coverage;
  • Offer or pay RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. or its employees any fee, gift, or thing of value in exchange for enhanced placement, priority positioning, or preferential treatment in Marketplace search results or recommendations.

5. Prohibited Activities — All Users

No User shall:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law or regulation;
  • Engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination;
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code;
  • Scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated data extraction tools on the Platform;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;
  • Impersonate another person, User, business, or entity;
  • Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Platform (including DDoS attacks, rate limit abuse, or API exploitation). API exploitation includes automated access without authorization, exceeding one hundred (100) requests per minute from a single account or IP address, and systematic data extraction through any Platform endpoint;
  • Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, suspensions, usage limits, or enforcement actions;
  • Share, sell, or transfer account credentials to any third party;
  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk communications through the Platform;
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets;
  • Collect or store personal information of other Users except as necessary to complete a Booking or provide a service;
  • Use the Platform to engage in any form of discrimination prohibited by applicable law.

6. Fair Housing Compliance

Fair housing compliance is mandatory for all Users. The real estate industry is subject to strict anti-discrimination laws at the federal, state, and provincial level. All Users must comply with applicable fair housing and human rights legislation.

6.1 US Fair Housing Requirements

Users operating in the United States must comply with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 3601–3619), which prohibits discrimination in housing-related transactions based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), familial status, or disability. Many states and municipalities provide additional protected classes.

In the context of this Platform:

  • Listing descriptions (including AI-generated content) must not contain language that indicates a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on any protected characteristic;
  • Partners may not refuse service, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service based on protected characteristics;
  • Reviews may not contain discriminatory language or be used to retaliate against Users based on protected characteristics;
  • Agents must ensure that all published content, including AI-generated marketing materials, complies with FTC advertising guidelines and state real estate commission advertising rules.

7. Content Standards for AI-Generated Material

The Platform provides AI-powered content generation tools for creating listing descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and feature sheets. The following standards apply to all AI-generated content:

  • Agent responsibility: The Agent is solely responsible for all AI-generated content they use, publish, or distribute. The Platform generates content as a drafting aid — it is not legal advice, MLS-compliant output, or verified factual information.
  • Required review: All AI-generated content must be reviewed by the Agent for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before use. This includes checking for fair housing compliance, factual accuracy (square footage, features, amenities), MLS rule compliance, and appropriate professional tone.
  • Prohibited content: AI-generated content must not contain false claims, misleading statements, discriminatory language, or representations that violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Disclosure: While the Platform does not require disclosure that content was AI-generated, Agents should be aware that some MLS systems or jurisdictions may require such disclosure. Agents are responsible for knowing and following applicable disclosure requirements.
  • No platform liability: RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. disclaims all responsibility for AI-generated content accuracy, completeness, or compliance. Any claims, fines, regulatory actions, or damages arising from the Agent's use of AI-generated content are the Agent's sole responsibility.

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe a User has violated this AUP, you may report it by:

  • Emailing legal@realtyopspro.ai with details of the violation;
  • Using any in-Platform reporting mechanism we make available.

Please include as much detail as possible, including the User involved, the nature of the violation, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, Booking IDs, communications). We review all reports and take appropriate action, but we are not obligated to disclose the outcome of our investigation to the reporter.

9. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Warning: A written notice identifying the violation and required corrective action.
  • Content removal: Removal of offending Content, reviews, or listings.
  • Feature restriction: Temporary restriction of specific Platform features (e.g., Booking, AI generation, review submission).
  • Temporary suspension: Suspension of account access for a defined period.
  • Permanent ban: Permanent termination of account access.
  • Financial consequences: For Agents, any outstanding Subscription fees or AI Credit charges remain payable. RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. holds no Agent or Partner Booking funds and therefore has no wallet balance or payout to forfeit.

We reserve sole discretion in determining the appropriate enforcement action. The severity of the violation, the User's history, the impact on other Users, and any mitigating circumstances will be considered. We will make reasonable efforts to inform Users of enforcement actions and the reasons for them, but we are not obligated to provide detailed explanations in all cases.

10. Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by sending a written request to legal@realtyopspro.ai within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action. Your appeal should include:

  • Your name and account email;
  • A description of the enforcement action;
  • The reasons you believe the action was taken in error;
  • Any supporting evidence.

We will review your appeal and respond within fifteen (15) business days. The outcome of the appeal is final. During the appeal process, the enforcement action remains in effect unless we determine otherwise.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice through email, an in-Platform banner, or both. Material changes will include at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
