RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. uses the following third-party subprocessors to operate the Platform. This list is current as of the date shown above.
To receive notifications when this list is updated, contact legal@realtyopspro.ai with the subject line "Subprocessor Notifications."

2. Data Processing Agreements
RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. maintains data processing agreements with each subprocessor listed above. These agreements require subprocessors to implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and to process personal information only as instructed.
Enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. may request one by contacting legal@realtyopspro.ai.
3. Changes to This List
We will update this page when subprocessors are added or removed and will notify subscribers at least thirty (30) days before a new subprocessor begins processing personal information. If you have a reasonable objection to a new subprocessor based on data protection concerns, you may notify us at legal@realtyopspro.ai within the thirty (30) day notice period. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include offering an alternative subprocessor configuration where feasible. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate your account before the new subprocessor begins processing your data, and we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid and unused Subscription fees.
