Your listings, clients, and documents deserve real protection — not vague buzzwords. Here's exactly how we keep your data safe, in plain language.
Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) — protected both while it moves between your device and our servers, and while it's stored in our database.
Access control
We use row-level security enforced at the database layer, so every request is scoped to your account by the database itself — not just hidden by the app. Sellers and buyers' agents reach their portals through single-use links that expire after use, so there are no extra passwords to manage or leak.
Authentication
Account passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — we never store them in plain text. Seller and buyer's-agent portal links expire after they're used.
Backups & reliability
Your data is backed up automatically every day on our managed database platform (Supabase Pro), and runs on infrastructure with redundancy and monitoring.
Payments
Subscription billing is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — RealtyOps Pro never stores or sees your full card number. Marketplace bookings are settled directly between agents and partners, off-platform; we don't process those payments.
Trusted infrastructure
Our application and database run on Supabase (managed Postgres on AWS) and Vercel. We build on providers that maintain their own independent security certifications — Supabase and AWS (SOC 2), Vercel (SOC 2), and our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Some data is processed and stored in the United States by these providers, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy & compliance
We comply with Canada's PIPEDA, British Columbia's PIPA, and California's CCPA/CPRA. We don't sell your data, we publish our full list of subprocessors, and we follow PIPEDA's breach-notification requirements.
