Take it with you, anytime
One click in Settings → Privacy & AI downloads your entire account — your profile, every property and transaction, all your client records, and the original photos and documents you've uploaded — as a single file. No request form, no waiting. You get it three ways: a browsable overview page, spreadsheet-ready CSVs, and portable JSON, so your data opens in Excel today and moves to another system tomorrow.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone for their own marketing. It's written into our Privacy Policy, not just this page.
You decide on AI
AI content generation is yours to switch off anytime. When it's on, your listing details go to our AI provider (Anthropic) to draft marketing copy — and Anthropic does not use your data to train its models. Turn it off in Settings and nothing else about your account changes.
Your data is protected
Your information is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and runs on established infrastructure (Supabase/AWS and Vercel) with monitoring and redundancy.
You can leave — with your data
Cancel anytime. Email privacy@realtyopspro.ai to delete your account and personal information. We retain certain records only as long as the law requires — the specifics are in our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
RealtyOps Pro AI Inc. is based in British Columbia, Canada. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA, British Columbia's PIPA, and California's CCPA/CPRA. Your data is handled by a short, vetted list of providers — see our Subprocessors page.
